Information we collect
We may collect your email address; broad Get My Plan answers such as age range, goals, activity, equipment, and general limitation category; consent and source tags; site interaction events; and purchase, payment-status, entitlement, and delivery records. Stripe processes payment-card details; Fit after 50 does not receive or store your full card number.
Information we intentionally avoid
Get My Plan does not ask for your date of birth, diagnosis, detailed medical history, or open-text health conditions. Calculator inputs are not stored by default. Do not submit sensitive medical information through the site or by email.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested plans and products, process and document purchases, deliver access, respond to support and refund requests, send email you requested or consented to receive, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, measure basic product and site activity, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for application data, Stripe for checkout and payments, Resend for transactional purchase and product-access email, and Mailchimp for consented marketing-list management and marketing email. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices while providing services to us.
How we measure use (first-party analytics)
To learn which pages and steps are useful, Fit after 50 counts events such as a guide being read, a tool being finished, or the Founding Membership page being viewed. Each visit gets a random identifier that lives only in that browser tab (session storage, not a cookie) and disappears when the tab closes. It is not derived from your device, IP address or identity, it is not linked to your account, and it is dropped from our records after 30 days. Anonymous event rows are deleted after 400 days. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, no visit identifier is created. We record where a visit began (a page path) and only the kind of site that referred you (for example, a search engine), never the address you came from. Signed-in Founding Members' own actions (such as completing a step) are recorded against their account so the product can remember their progress; that is the service, not advertising, and it can be deleted. We use no third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking scripts, and we do not sell or share this data.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including transaction records, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and suppression of email to people who unsubscribe. We use access controls and server-side credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing david@fitafter50.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain records when legally permitted or required.
Children and international processing
Fit after 50 is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
