By using Fit after 50 or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Fit after 50 provides general fitness and wellness education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise involves risk. Consider your circumstances, use appropriate care, and consult a qualified health professional when warranted. Purchases and delivery
Product descriptions and prices are as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products are delivered through the access method shown after successful payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining the confidentiality of purchase-access links.
Refunds
The Bodyweight Home Starter has a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund by emailing david@fitafter50.com within 30 days of purchase. No reason is required. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary. See the Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Fit after 50 content and products are owned by or licensed to VERACORD, INC. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, share, or commercially exploit it without written permission.
No guarantees
Results vary by person. We do not guarantee specific health, fitness, weight, income, disease-prevention, or other outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit after 50 is provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERACORD, INC. and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Fit after 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
